Kontera gives you $25 bonus for every new publisher
One of the biggest online ad networks - Kontera offers a bonus of $25 for every newly registered publisher (the person who shows ads on her/his sites) brought by you.
There are some limitations like the one that the new publisher has to make 50k (Kontera guys, sorry, once again) impressions within 60 days after sigh-up.
To get the bonus, first login your publisher account and then choose My Account -> Invite a friend. The fact that really surprised me is that there is NO aff link, so you will have to “SPAM” your friends mails.

We were thinking of a good way to reward our partners, and therefore a few days back Kontera launched its new “Invite a Friend” publisher promotion.
“Invite a Friend” emails are sent by Kontera publishers via our Publisher Center. The email’s subject line reads “You’ve been recommended to join Kontera’s network” and it constitutes no threat to the recipient. All the information is confidential and saved under the publisher’s account information.
Like you mentioned, Kontera will give the referring Kontera publishers a $25 bonus for each active publisher they bring on board. By active Kontera publisher we mean those who reach 50,000 impressions (not 500,000) within 60 days of signup.
